Stacey Castiglia
LCMHCA
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA, #A17562) in North Carolina, with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University. Since January 2020, I have been part of Robin Forgione Counseling and Associates, where I work with adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges including grief, trauma, relationship and family concerns, disordered eating, body image struggles, depression, and anxiety. I also hold advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International.

My approach is individualized and collaborative. I integrate cognitive behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapies to support each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help individuals recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier ways of thinking and feeling, and cultivate more fulfilling experiences in daily life. I view clients as the experts of their own stories, and I work alongside them to foster self-knowledge, insight, and practical solutions.
I also explore the ways physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors influence overall well-being. To enhance this process, I incorporate relaxation strategies that promote calm, present-mindedness, and a deeper sense of peace.
