Rates and Insurance

It is your responsibility to verify that I am a participating provider for your plan.

If you do not use insurance, or file for out of network reimbursement, rates are as follows: 

$150.00 for an initial 60 minutes evaluation & assessment;  

$130.00 per 50 minutes individual session.
