Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a mother of four, an athlete, and someone who understands how demanding and complex life can be. Those roles shape how I show up in the therapy space, with steadiness, compassion, and respect for the many responsibilities and emotions people carry every day.

I’ve spent more than two decades supporting adults through seasons of change, emotional overwhelm, and moments when life feels heavier than expected. Many people come to therapy during transitions or times of uncertainty, looking for clarity, balance, or simply a place where they can exhale. My work is centered on meeting you where you are and creating space to explore what matters most to you.

At the heart of my approach is a commitment to providing a safe, collaborative environment where you can feel heard and understood. Therapy with me is thoughtful, paced, and grounded in evidence-based care, while remaining deeply personal to your values and experiences.

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they work toward greater balance, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.

I work with adolescents and adults who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many of the people I support are navigating emotional challenges, relationship stress, or difficult life experiences and are looking for space to better understand themselves and what they’re carrying.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person I work with. I focus on helping clients notice patterns that may no longer serve them, build insight into their inner world, and develop practical ways to move through daily life with more clarity and ease. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels thoughtful, grounded, and paced in a way that feels right for you.

I’m also attentive to how emotional experiences connect with the body, relationships, and sense of self. When helpful, I incorporate calming and grounding strategies to support presence and emotional balance. Throughout our work together, I see my role as walking alongside you with curiosity and care as you work toward greater understanding, resilience, and peace.
